Booth space fees range from $85 to $155 depending on booth space size & location - booth/vendor fees and Town of Parker taxes are the only expenses you will incur to MPWC (all proceeds from your sales are yours)

Yellow (7'w x 10'd) - $85

Green (8'w x 10'd) - $95

Pink (10'x10') - $115

White (10'x10') - $125

        E = elicitricity available @ $30/item - limit 2

Gray (10x10 corner) = $130

Lavender (10x10 corner) = $135)

Lt Blue (10x10 corner prime w electricity option) - $155 ($30 for 2nd item)

Orange (12'w x 8'd prime w electricity option) - $155 ($30 for 2nd item)

The annual Yuletide Bazaar (and major fundraiser for Mountain Pine Woman's Club) is now in it's 12th year.  Proceeds from this event provide educational scholarships for local high school seniors, athletic scholarships for the Fieldhouse, and support for local, state, national & international charities.


This popular event had over 100 vendors, and over 2,000 shoppers attending in 2016.


We are now accepting vendor applications for the 2017 Yuletide Bazaar (link to the application is on the On-line Vendor Application page) - please do not submit payment with your application - you will receive an invoice if accepted.

The application indicates which vendor categories and which product categories are filled/closed - however, they do provide you the opportunity to select that category to be placed on a waiting list.

RESTRICTIONS

  • the number of vendors admitted to each product category is limited (this provides adequate competition within the category and offers a better shopping experience for shoppers & vendors alike)
  • We also limit the numbers of vendor types/categories, except artisan/crafters.
  • Once these vendor &/or product categories are filled/closed, vendors completing the application will be placed on a Waiting List, should an opening occur.
  • Home Improvement Vendors are not accepted

Only one 7'w x 10'd remains

  • DISPLAY SOMETHING THAT IDENTIFIES YOUR BOOTH NAME
  • WEAR SOMETHING (e.g. NAME-TAG) THAT IDENTIFIES YOUR "COMPANY" AND YOU.

IF CUSTOMERS DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, THEY CAN'T MAKE REFERRALS!
